You can pay on your account online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. We will use your name or email to determine who the payment is for. It's not necessary to have a PayPal account to make a payment online, just follow the instructions on the next page. It was necessary to set it up as a donation in PayPal in order to allow flexible payment amounts. Even though it says donation it's really a payment on your account.
